Nowadays many android mobiles come with an inbuilt feature call "other wireless connections" under this setting one option called "USB tethering" just enable that option and connecting your mobile device with a computer using USB data cable.

Once your windows system got to connect to the internet. Go to the control panel option and open the device manager option and search for a potion call Network adapters just click on it then right-click on your mouse and select the property option. 

Under property click on the driver and click update driver automatically.

It will take some time and your driver will be updated successfully. And you will see the message "Best drivers for your device are already installed".

Now remove your data cable and try to connect to the same network it will ask you to type your wifi password again you will be connected succesfully.
